Hi! I'm Chris Duerr.
In my spare time you'll find my studying foreign languages and reading science fiction. I enjoy picking up a guitar from time to time, but I'd never claim to be any good.
Most recently I worked for ~2 years as Director of Engineering at Wolf Games- a forward-thinking game company with lots of exciting things in motion.
In 2017, I led the AI team at Capacity. Still well ahead of their time, Capacity is doing innovative work in enterprise automation. I departed Capacity in 2022 as DoE.
I founded AddonChat (AddonInteractive) in 2001 as a solo entrepreneur. Through 2015 I led the company's technical, sales and support teams. At our peak we reached ~10k paid subs.
I've also worked as a software engineer in digital media, sports/team management and automated support.
