I changed the financial ownership rules. Players and governments hold the money, while bases retain their own inventories and service identities. Payments resolve to the owner's wallet. The resource view can now show the stock held at individual stations separately from account balances.

Construction purchases now load a stem cell into a free cargo cradle. The purchase pays for materials and labor, and associates the cargo with a blueprint and construction provider.
Deployment requires room around the ship and a suitable location. The cradle opens, moves the stem through its exit and releases it before closing. The resulting worksite keeps the construction contract so a repair provider can send builders to it.

I added configuration screens for the purchased cells and station supplies. Logic functions, supplier choices and logistics assignments can be set through the interface. The supply display distinguishes waiting for funds, waiting for a provider and a delivery already underway. Existing deliveries keep their contracts when settings change.

Model work included smaller generators and capacitors, plus lighting changes to station and larger ship components. Their definitions include lower-detail meshes for viewing at a distance.
I also continued the rendering work around warp destinations and ship lighting. The destination preparation code accounts for planetary positions and lighting at the expected arrival time.
