[Week 15] Mining crews and saved state

I added a mining operation with a miner and a grappler assigned to a station. The miner applies energy to an asteroid until it fractures; the grappler collects the resulting ore and brings it back. The pair has to assemble, travel, work, deposit its load, and return to dock. Multiple stations can now manage their own assignments.

A fair amount of the work was in recovery: a missing target, a lost worker, a damaged home station, or one ship arriving before the other. I also split up the NPC code so docking, navigation, command handling, and repair coordination have clearer boundaries.

Saved state and replay now include more of that ongoing work. NPC assignments, mining progress, and fracture information are preserved, with content and version checks when loading.

The model additions include modular wings and fins, engine pods, and an omnidirectional thruster. There are also lower-detail versions of several existing cells.

Catastrophic ship damage now has a camera response that pulls back to show the wreckage, holds briefly, and returns. It follows the damaged ship and avoids taking over during docking or warp.

I continued work on explosion and engine-exhaust authoring, including directional engine glare and compiling explosion assets for playback. Projectile appearance and the positioning of explosions received adjustments too.

There is also an atmospheric-heating preview in the VFX tools. It shows a heat envelope and surface glow across a ship, with controls for direction and severity. This is visual authoring work at this point.
